the biggest challenge i find is when booking guests, walking that fine line of not being annoying with asking to come on the show.  i hate getting the feeling that i am bugging someone by asking for 5 minutes of their time.

i guess this becomes easier with the more rapport you can gain with guests, but it just takes time with a new station.
