Unique Engineering Opportunity
Join the world wide leader in sports. ESPN Radio/Audio is recruiting for a broadcast engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience for our Bristol Ct headquarters. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who possesses the unique combination of both radio/new media engineering skills. Individual will directly support ESPN Radio, owned and operated stations, satellite radio operations, and new media projects. Incumbent will ensure timely and efficient delivery of robust technical solutions, respond to technical issues and minimize impact to products. Candidate must possess extensive ability to negotiate and reach technical diagnoses independently. Incumbent needs at least 6+ year's broadcast engineering experience. Advance demonstrated knowledge of ENCO, SAS and BMX Digital or equivalent broadcast systems required. Knowledge and understanding of HD Radio and the standards used to create. Travel when required. Ability to lift 50lb equipment to chest level and must have a valid driver's license.
